Education
✓Graduate theological degree.
Qualifications
✓MDiv or DMin with focus in pastoral care
✓Must have formal graduate theological education in pastoral care, theology, and/or psychology.
✓One or more years’ experience in pastoral ministry and/or hospital chaplaincy
✓Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.
✓Faith group endorsement/ecclesiastical endorsement/ Judicatory Approval
✓Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
✓Computer literacy.
