Serve as a front-line leader in a collaborative environment that is surrounded by state-of-the-art technology, evidence-based practice and a strong interdisciplinary team on this inpatient medical surgical unit.
Enhance your leadership skills through serving as a mentor for nurses to advance their knowledge and skills, involvement in monitoring of nursing quality metrics, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with management for unit hiring and patient experience rounding. Optimize patient and staff outcomes through resource utilization and distribution of patient care assignments.
