Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing Minimum
RN license with at least 1 year of experience on med-surg Required Certification: BLS, PALS, ACLS ** Required
Valid Texas RN license FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Grade: ** Note – Required certifications are to be completed by 2 months of employment.
