We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent clinical skills, capable of coordinating daily unit operations and supporting both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and workflow on the unit Provide direct patient care and oversee care provided by nursing staff Make patient assignments based on acuity levels and staff competencies Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies Conduct rounds to assess patient needs and staff performance Address patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit meetings Manage unit supplies and equipment inventory Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
