M/W/F 4:45am - 6:00pm , T/Th/S 4:45am - 2:00pm (Rotating Saturdays) Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Working with our ICHD and PD patients
