As a Charge Nurse in the Infant/Toddler Inpatient Rehabilitation unit at Children's Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick , you'll serve as both a skilled pediatric rehabilitation nurse and a trusted resource for the nursing team. Through direct patient care, staff mentorship, thoughtful delegation, and collaboration across disciplines, you'll help create a supportive environment where young patients and their families receive individualized care while nursing professionals have the guidance and resources they need to succeed.
