• Our Nurses improve the quality of care for med surgical patients such as surgeries and stroke with multiple comorbidities.
• Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership teamHere’s What You Need:Nursing DiplomaAssociate's Degree Nursing Req OrBachelor's Degree Nursing Pref1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Req2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. PrefRN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req AndBCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire Req AndCPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req AndACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing ProcessAssesses the patientPlans the care of the patientIntervenes as appropriateEvaluates the effectiveness of interventionsIncorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care. Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for informationMaintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
