The Chief Administrative and Ambulatory Care Officer (CAACO) is a key executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of ambulatory and shared services within a large integrated health system. This role encompasses leadership of Radiology, Laboratory Services, Occupational Medicine, Homecare, Rehabilitation, Retail Imaging OSF Oncall and other clinical support shared services, ensuring seamless, high-quality, and cost-effective care delivery across all ambulatory platforms.

Qualifications REQUIRED

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.

10 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex health system, including ambulatory and shared services oversight. Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse service lines such as radiology, laboratory, rehabilitation, and homecare. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and operational improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team environment. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
