✓Master’s degree in business or health administration or related field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 10 years progressive experience in leading clinical services
✓Knowledge and experience performing financial management, strategic planning and implementation, business/program development, process improvement, outcomes measurement, reporting, physician compensation development, and human resource management functions.
✓Financial and operational analytical skills required, including profit and loss, reimbursement analysis, business trends and process analysis, and identification of system weaknesses.
✓A proven ability to build consensus and motivate teams of diverse, multidisciplinary, and multi-departmental stakeholders.
