You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Oregon Medical Board licensure.
Board certification in a clinical specialty. preferred
Education
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
✓Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
✓At least 3 years of leadership experience within a physician practice group, medical group, or healthcare organization.
✓Demonstrated experience in ambulatory clinical operations, quality improvement, hospital services, and leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
✓Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage physicians, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.
✓In-depth knowledge of clinical practices, medical guidelines, quality improvement methodologies, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, patient safety requirements, and compliance obligations.
✓Proven strategic thinking and financial acumen, including experience managing clinical budgets, productivity, revenue cycle performance, cost control, and practice efficiency.
✓Ability to communicate complex clinical and operational matters to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, travel between practice locations as needed, and participate in meetings across departments.
Experience leading quality improvement, clinical integration, population health, and value-based care initiatives. preferred
Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare technology platforms. preferred
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, healthcare technologies, clinical integration, care coordination, population health management, and value-based care models. preferred

About the role
