Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of staff, materials, and finances to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing department. Strategic Planning: Direct all nursing activities and develop department-wide policies, objectives, and operational initiatives. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor departmental operations to ensure strict adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Patient Care Delivery: Drive the provision of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care throughout the facility. Performance Oversight: Supervise nursing staff performance to maintain clinical excellence and professional standards. Professional Development: Lead competency training and coordinate ongoing process improvement and quality enhancement efforts.
Job Requirements Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA). Minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience and five (5) years of nurse leadership experience.
