✓Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), with an active Minnesota state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain one).
Education
✓Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited school of medicine.

About the role

Inpatient Care: Conduct daily weekday rounding, admissions, and acute psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents on our acute inpatient unit.

What you’ll do
Inpatient CareConduct daily weekday rounding, admissions, and acute psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents on our acute inpatient unit
Consultation ServicesProvide timely, high-quality psychiatric consultations and stabilization strategies for pediatric patients admitted to inpatient medical units, surgical floors, the Emergency Department (ED)
On-Call & CoverageParticipate in a highly sustainable, well-structured on-call framework with an additional separate compensation stipend
O Weekend RotationScheduled roughly 1 out of every 8 weekends (approximately 6 times per calendar year)
