We're going beyond basic health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care. Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. We offer multiple practice modalities for our patients to access care where it be through collaborative care, psychotherapy, groups or medication management support.
Your practice: * Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice remote and in a 4-day work week or less. * Innovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR. * Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends * Support: Administrative support with a dedicated practice manager, case managers and regular consultative time to connect with colleagues.

Inpatient or outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry experience Comfort with electronic health records Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $315,000 - $450,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
