✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Active (or eligible for) unencumbered New York State license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
✓National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) appropriate to specialty practice (FNP, PNP, AGNP, or PA).
✓Prescriptive Authority: Active NYS prescriptive authority and valid DEA registration (or eligible).
Education
✓Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Qualifications
✓Open to both experienced providers and promising new graduates with strong clinical rotations in primary care, pediatrics, or cardiovascular health.
