✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current and valid license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with the Georgia Composite Medical Board.
Certifications
✓Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
✓Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) by the American Heart Association.
✓NRP is only required when rotating to the NICU or attending deliveries.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program with an Associate’s degree.
Qualifications
✓Applicants must have at least two (2) years of current experience post-residency/new graduate orientation in the clinical areas in which they will be working.
✓Minimum of one year of experience with non-invasive pressure devices. ( CPAP Department Only)
A minimum of one (1) year of travel experience with an external or internal agency program (excluding float pools). preferred
