Education
✓Bachelor's degree required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of two years of experience in office administration, event planning, or related field required.
✓Able to read, write, and speak in English with professional quality.
✓Use computer and other office equipment required for the position.
✓Holds a current knowledge of the organization's mission and Adventist heritage.
✓Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office or similar programs including word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphic, and publishing software.
✓Must be able to use a computer and operate basic office equipment.
✓Able to communicate with students, faculty, administrators, healthcare professionals, and visitors in a cordial, diplomatic, discrete, and gracious manner.
✓Ability to work effectively as a leader and team member to accomplish specific goals, collaborate and accept direction from peers and supervisors, and work with diverse personalities and ethnicities.
✓Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
✓Able to multi-task, effectively organize and prioritize duties.
✓Must be able to problem solve, make decisions, and use good judgment.
✓Practices discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
✓Can adapt to a fast-paced and frequently changing work environment.
✓Must be able to see, hear, and speak well enough to perform job duties, communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically, and identify documents or equipment relevant to the position.
