You’ll need
Education
✓Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Accounting & Finance, or related field and two (2) years of administrative experience with a focus on human resources including experience using HRIS systems to enter, update, and process employee information accurately

About the role
The Classification and Compensation Coordinator will work alongside the Classification and Compensation Specialist and under the supervision of the Manager of Classification & Compensation to handle the administration functions of the Classification and Compensation team.
