Clerical Assistant - On call

Clerical Assistant, On-call This position supports multiple departments and is on-call. The departments are Providence NE Rehab 507 Bldg-Portland and Providence Gresham Rehab. Is this ideal for your daily commute.

This position is on-call but requires a minimum of three days of availability per week between 7am-6pm for an 8-hour shift. The clerical assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.

1 year Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

H. S. Diploma or GED General Studies Upon hire: AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (for some Rehab clinic locations) 1 year Experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs.

Experience in medical environment OR Rehab field OR Working with medical terminology Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs. Experience with EPIC.
