Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our OB/GYN Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. Position Details Status: Full Time Work
Days Hours: 8:00a.m - 4:30p.m What Your Day Looks Like: The clinic delivers seamless care, from women’s health and maternity care to newborn and pediatric services. As a Clerk, you will be: Working closely with the physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and registered medical assistants Answering the telephone and routing to appropriate people Scheduling office visits, clinic procedures, updating consents, patient insurance, and demographics.
Collecting clinic co-pays, obtaining medical records, and assisting with coordination of referrals.
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical
Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking Licensure/Certification: N/A Physical
