Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Specialist to join our Population Health team in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. Position Details Status: Full Time Work
Days Hours: Mon -Fri, 8: 00a.m - 4: 30p.m What Your Day Looks Like: A typical day is focused on partnering with clinics and insurance payers to help patients receive needed care, close care gaps, and improve overall health outcomes. As a Specialist, you will be: Reviewing payer lists to identify patients due for wellness and chronic care visits Coordinating with clinic teams to help get patients scheduled Managing and maintaining accurate, organized payer-specific spreadsheets Submitting required documentation to insurance payers to support care gap closure
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical
Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking Licensure/Certification: N/A Physical
