The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. As a Clerk, must be able to enter basic patient info electronically.
Communicate with insurance when needed. Greet and register patients according to office protocol. Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documents.
Maintain and manage patient records. Answer incoming calls, make and confirm appointments. Complete other clerical duties as requested.

With at least two (2) years’ administrative and secretarial experience in office setting. Knowledge of computers required Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel & Power Point. Effective communication, organizational, multitasking, and computer skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology, electronic medical records, physician order entry, and healthcare documentation preferred. Per Diem, Day as needed.
