You'll have the autonomy and support to: Grow clinic by developing relationships, community partnerships, and new business opportunities Build and lead a high-performing team Identify opportunities to expand and market the services offered within your clinic Develop and launch new programs, services, and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community Have a voice in business strategy, marketing, hiring, and growth initiatives Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State Management and marketing experience preferred Experience or interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations Additional Information Compensation and Benefits $10,000 sign-on bonus Equity opportunity Profit Sharing and incentive bonus eligibility Unlimited CEU allowance plus MedBridge access Flexible schedules, PTO, and paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) match Company Description Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria) Salary Range : $100,000- $130,000 per year
