Clinic Manager

✓Requirements
Education
✓Associates or Bachelors in Business Management or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓Prior experience in Urgent Care Registration processes required.
✓Knowledge of but not limited to admitting/registration process, receivables management, credit and collections procedures, billing forms, medical billing regulations, basic knowledge of medical coding, insurance benefits verification, and knowledge of HMO/PPO payors.
✓General knowledge of medical business office practices.
✓Strong oral and written communication skills.
✓Basic understanding of business application software.
✓Ability to maintain calm temperament under stressful conditions.
✓Good math skills, deductive reasoning and general office machine operations required.
✓Possess knowledge on how to direct, control and supervise the activities of all non-clinical staff.
✓Familiarity with data processing and procedures.
✓Must be able to coordinate the activities of numerous subordinates.
✓Must be able to schedule, meet and maintain daily and monthly routines, assign personnel, and maintain integrity of records.
✓Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work and communicate effectively with other department supervisors and management.
Diversified experience in medical field preferred.
