Role Overview As the Clinic Manager, you will lead the daily operations over two assigned clinics, ensuring seamless coordination between physicians, staff, and administrative areas. You¿ll develop growth strategies, manage staffing, and oversee patient care services, playing a vital role in supporting our providers and enhancing patient experiences.

Serve as a liaison between practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas. Develop growth strategies and business plans in collaboration with physicians and leadership. Ensure staffing meets provider work schedules and support physician compensation system implementation.
Monitor billing, collections, budgets, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations. Oversee daily operations, including staff development, patient flow, and site policies. Manage staff relations, performance, and conflict resolution while coordinating patient care services.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications Experience managing physician practice operations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
