You’ll need
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
✓Up to one year of healthcare office experience required.
✓Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
✓Knowledge of standard office procedures, including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and faxing.
✓Confidence using multi-line phone systems, managing routine and non-routine calls, and resolving routine issues appropriately.
✓Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose emails, memos, and letters and take accurate messages.
✓Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, follow established protocols, and work effectively within defined systems.

What you’ll do

Manage incoming calls, answerManage incoming calls, answer routine questions, take complete messages, and connect callers with the appropriate resources
Support patient check-in andSupport patient check-in and check-out activities and verify registration information for accuracy
