Job Summary We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open to this employee working 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm. The Practice Assistant serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting! We currently have a team of 8 Clinic/Practice Assistants and are looking for the last person to complete are collaborative team. Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results.
Serve as a scheduling, registration, and billing system resource and provide guidance or training to others as needed.
Support daily practice operations in partnership with the supervisor and practice team.
