About the role

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Pulmonary practice Monday through Friday, hours ranging from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.

What you’ll do
Welcome and assist patientsWelcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments, maintain appointmentSchedule appointments, maintain appointment records, and help manage daily provider schedules
Answer phone calls, assistAnswer phone calls, assist callers with routine questions, take accurate messages, and route inquiries appropriately
Support patient visit workflowsSupport patient visit workflows, including billing forms, copayments as needed, scanning documents, and maintaining accurate records
Request patient medical recordsRequest patient medical records, laboratory results, and other documentation needed by the care team
