Licensure
✓Candidates must have a current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) temporary license for student hires and permanent license for registered hires.
Certifications
✓Must be a graduate of an accredited diagnostic radiography program that meets current qualifications to take and pass the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) board examinations in Radiography upon hire.
✓Student candidates must obtain the RT(R)(ARRT) certification within 6 months of their hire date.
✓Positions within person patient care: BLS certificate within 30 days of hire or prior to independent practice, whichever comes first
Education
1 Year Conducting Radiologic Examinations OR An equivalent combination of training and experience. preferred
Qualifications
✓Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):

Orthopedic experience preferred

About the role

This position will be split between two locations, Beaverton General Radiology and Adventist Ortho General Radiology, depending on projected volumes at each clinic for the week. The Clinic Radiologic Technologist operates x-ray and related equipment used to take and post-process radiographs for the purpose of general medical diagnostic radiology.
