You'll be central to maintaining our patient-centered environment and supporting our mission. Every day you will manage incoming phone calls, expertly scheduling patient appointments according to office guidelines, and greeting and registering patients with warmth and efficiency. You'll meticulously collect, verify, and update essential patient demographic and insurance information, including co-pays and deductible amounts.
This role also involves preparing patient charts, conducting all check-in and check-out functions, processing payments, coordinating follow-up appointments, and ensuring timely communication regarding any appointment delays. To be successful in this patient experience specialist role, you will need at least one year of experience in customer service, clerical, or business-related functions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
