You¿ll handle patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while supporting clinic staff and contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is essential in creating a smooth and efficient clinic environment.

Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification. Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients. Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Support team members and contribute to a positive, service-oriented clinic culture.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer systems effectively. Strong interpersonal skills for both in-person and telephone interactions.
Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems. Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong teamwork skills.
