As a Clinic Service Representative, you¿ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences within our dynamic clinic environment. Role Overview As a Clinic Service Representative, you¿ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You¿ll handle patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while providing exceptional service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.

Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification. Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients. Reconcile patient charts and assist with discharge processes.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer systems. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations. Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
