Qualifications
✓Demonstrated ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and work with detailed information
✓Proficiency with computer information systems and basic software applications
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with diverse patient populations
✓Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic environment
✓Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
✓Proven teamwork and collaborative abilities
✓Basic knowledge of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
✓Comfortable handling cash and processing financial transactions
✓Ability to navigate email systems, software programs, and clinic management platforms
Previous experience working in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare setting preferred
Familiarity with insurance verification processes and medical terminology preferred
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred
Knowledge of patient registration and check-in procedures preferred
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism preferred
