Clinic Supervisor Primary Care

Healthcare Administration
✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Achievement of clinical and business compliance and licensures for labs, staff and requirements for regulatory compliance
Certifications
✓2+ years as certified medical assistant in a clinic setting
Certified Medical Assistant experience preferred
Qualifications
✓2+ years of clinical lead or staff management experience
✓Knowledge of organization policies and procedures, computer applications, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
✓Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
✓Medical supply management and performance management techniques and practices
✓Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✓Proven ability to work independently, lead and motivate staff
Experience working with Medicare advantage care population preferred
Experience with quality reports/familiarity with quality improvement work preferred
Understanding of patient rooming workflows, referrals, and provider task support preferred
Proven excellent leadership skills to include solid communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills preferred
Proven ability to gather, analyze and evaluate data of patient satisfaction preferred
