Establish clinic new hire orientation process. Support: Supervises/delegates the procurement of drugs and supplies. Assists with walk-in patient distribution. Assists with handling patient complaints. Triages in-coming telephone calls as necessary Assess patients and coordinates care as appropriate. Provides coverage for clinic staff to ensure efficiency of patient care Advocacy: Acts as a liaison between patient, physicians, family/significant other and other hospital disciplines. • Witcher. Looks for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This position will have responsibility for all clinical staff (i.e. LVN, CNA, MA, and scribes). Provides constant communication of process changes, quality measures and progress of each to clinic staff. Responsible for payroll functions of clinical staff within the clinic. Recruits, interviews, and training of new clinical hires Establishes supply and staffing needs for the clinic. Performs employee evaluations. Counsel employees with respect to HR issues in conjunction with HR. Acts as clinic leadership when director is not available. Other job duties as assigned.
