Education
✓High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age OR older
✓Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
✓Microsoft Excel
✓Microsoft Word
✓Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, and task management)
✓Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
✓Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
✓Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
✓Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
✓Dedicated, quiet workspace with the ability to install and maintain secure high-speed internet service (minimum 1.5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload) via cable or DSL
2+ years of experience working in healthcare, care coordination, provider services, OR a health plan environment preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Experience working in an outbound call center environment preferred
Experience researching provider networks, appointment scheduling, OR healthcare access-related services preferred
