✓Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST.
✓Ability to train for the first three months between 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday CST
✓Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday during our normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST.
Education
✓High School Diploma / GED
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age OR older
✓1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
✓Experience working with medical records
✓Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
✓Ability to travel to 2925 Chicago Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55407 to complete onsite training for first week
✓It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtim
✓Reside within Minneapolis OR Wisconsin
✓Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
✓Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
✓Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
✓We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
2+ years medical terminology experience preferred
