As a Clinical Athletic Trainer, you'll become a trusted clinical partner to providers and a valuable resource for patients throughout their care journey. Key responsibilities include: Rooming patients and performing clinical intake Obtaining patient histories and supporting clinical documentation Assisting providers with clinic flow and patient care activities Educating patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care Applying braces and durable medical equipment (DME) Assisting with orthopedic procedures Performing casting and splinting based on training and demonstrated competency Coordinating patient care and follow-up needs Supporting workflow improvements that enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Athletic Trainer credentials and licensure as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism and reliability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

1 year of Athletic Training experience required.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Physiology/comparable field. License/Certification: Athletic Trainer Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC), Licensed Athletic Trainer by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals, BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The job requires standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping/traveling.
Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 35lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases. The pay range for this role is $23.76 - $38.02 hourly.
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
