Under the immediate supervision of the Rehab Clerical Services Supervisor, the Outpatient Rehab Coordinator employs advanced knowledge of information systems administration and clinical workflow with the Outpatient Rehab Unit. Duties may include but are not limited to: completes arrangements for outpatient registrations ensuring that each admission conforms to the defined policies and procedures; insurance verification and authorization, scheduling of therapy patients and processing of rehab reports/records to physician offices; performs related tasks as required.
