You’ll need
Licensure
✓If performing testing and working in the state of North Dakota (ND), must be licensed by the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.
Certifications
✓Other credentials may be required depending upon accrediting agency.
✓Certification as a diplomat of specific laboratory discipline required.
✓If incumbent does not have certification, must obtain within five years from date of hire into position.
Education
✓Doctorate degree (PhD) in a specific clinical laboratory discipline is required.
Qualifications
✓One year experience or fellowship training required.
