What You’ll Do The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab is a seasoned nurse who is able to assess, create, and implement innovative resources and solutions that meet the needs of care team members. In this role, you will: Provide direct leadership and management for Structural Heart patient care areas Support, coach, and develop nursing care team members Promote a culture of teamwork, engagement, accountability, and clinical excellence Ensure appropriate standards of nursing practice and patient care are consistently maintained Serve as a key liaison between clinical and support services Facilitate the development and operation of effective care delivery systems Support staffing and the professional delivery of clinical services Identify opportunities to improve workflows, resources, and the overall care team member experience Remain connected to frontline operations and be available to support 20% of staffing needs as they arise

Minimum Training and Education Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing and three years of related nursing experience; BSN preferred. Previous ambulatory care experience preferred. Required Licensure, Certifications, and Registrations Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA-recognized equivalent, or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Providers Ready to grow your leadership career while making an impact in specialized cardiovascular care?
