About the role

Provides direct patient care, manages groups of patients, and provides a safe and therapeutic milieu. Direct patient care services to include assessment, planning, monitoring, advocacy, psychosocial rehab services and direct intervention. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator the Clinical Counselor is responsible for group therapy care as directed by the multi-disciplinary treatment plan.
