You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN licensure in appropriate state Required.
Certifications
BLS Healthcare Provider, preferred.
Education
✓Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. ADN required; BSN preferred required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum two years clinical experience in healthcare industry, required. Minimum two years’ experience with EMR Ambulatory experience, preferred.
✓Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously.
✓Strong attention to detail.
✓Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users – both written and verbal.
✓Skilled at problem solving.
✓Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
✓Strong organizational skills.
✓Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements.
Working knowledge of Epic PM and EHR. Experience with working with providers. preferred

Support system-wide initiatives includingSupport system-wide initiatives including Growth & Integration efforts, Go-Lives, workflow redesign and optimization projects, and system upgrades and enhancements
Support providers in usingSupport providers in using the EHR efficiently to improve patient care delivery, reduce administrative burden and enhance work-life balance
