Licensure
✓Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (or obtained within the orientation period)
✓Licensed through the Louisiana Board of Examiners in Dietetics and Nutrition
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
Qualifications
Experience in bariatric surgery, weight management, or clinical nutrition preferred
A passion for patient education and behavior change preferred
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills preferred
Skills for Success preferred
Excellent communication and counseling skills preferred
Strong interpersonal abilities and a patient-first mindset preferred
The ability to motivate and inspire patients throughout their health journey preferred
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills preferred

Highly preferred experience in Bariatric services, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience leading surgical programs and ambulatory clinics.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating high volume surgical workflows, and overseeing program growth and operational performance would be highly desirable. preferred
