✓Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact RN license with authorization to practice in Montana
Certifications
✓Specialty certification and/or Nursing Professional Development certification
✓The following certifications are required within the specified timeframe and may be obtained after hire:
✓RQI Provider (BLS): Within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care
✓ACLS: Within 6 months
✓PALS: Within 6 months
✓TNCC Instructor: Within 18 months
✓ENPC Instructor: Within 18 months

Qualifications
✓Demonstrated ability to teach, educate, coach, or develop clinical staff
✓Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
✓Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently and collaboratively
✓Ability to build effective relationships with a variety of audiences
✓Commitment to integrity, kindness, empathy, and professionalism
✓Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other technology and software
✓Workplace Violence Program Instructor: Within 1 year
Five years of clinical nursing experience preferred
Three years of teaching, clinical education, staff development, or nursing leadership experience preferred
