You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current California RN License required.
Certifications
✓BLS and ACLS required.
✓CNOR preferred and required within 6 months of hire
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s degree in related healthcare discipline preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 3–5 years of specialty clinical experience required. Prior experience in education, precepting, simulation training, or clinical leadership preferred.
About the role
Provides comprehensive education leadership across PAT, OR, ASC, PACU, and GI services. Responsible for structured orientation programs, routine in-services, mock drills, competency validation, advanced procedural training, and annual skills fairs to ensure regulatory compliance, surgical safety, operational throughput, and high reliability performance.
