Qualifications
✓The Clinical Educator designs, implements and evaluates educational activities and programs based on identified practice gaps for a specific target audience.
✓The Clinical Educator utilizes knowledge of educational theory and adult learning principles to enhance the professional development of clinical personnel.
✓Professional Role Development: The Clinical Educator identifies and develops strategies to facilitate a continuous process of growth through lifelong learning including: role transition, role integration, skill acquisition and skill mastery.
✓At least 3 years related clinical and/or nursing experience Required
