Certifications
Six Sigma, PMI, Interface, Server, and Network certifications are preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or similar field required.
Qualifications
✓Experience working with customers to gather system requirements, documenting workflow, and providing technical solutions.
✓Valid driver's license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
Technical project management, implementation, and operational support experience preferred in a healthcare environment.
Two or more years of progressively responsible clinical information systems or patient monitoring systems interface experience preferred.
Prior application support experience preferred.
Knowledge of utilizing beside medical devices including telemetry/physiological monitors, pumps, vents, server technology, wifi, and monitoring networks preferred.
Knowledge of clinical workflows related to Pharmacy, Respiratory, Anesthesia, Nursing, Operating Room, Cardiology, and Radiology preferred.
Working knowledge of project management methods, information systems standards / quality methods / metrics, system application implementation, enhancement, support methods and practices preferred.
