✓Superior interpersonal management skills and emotional intelligence
✓Experience overseeing large, complex projects, in a dynamic healthcare environment and within other healthcare organizations
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and multitasking abilities
✓Experience in managing information systems, clinical initiatives, and process improvement projects
