Description:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational competence and critical thinking needs of staff. Teaches learning programs with minimal supervision. Utilizes adult learning principles and select methodology specific to content delivery and target audience.

Works collaboratively with team members. Analyzes training results and provide recommendations for improved outcomes. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience/training
