Job Summary Performs advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conducts moderate to high complexity testing, maintains laboratory systems, and assists with training and orientation of testing personnel. Evaluates competencies and supports continuous improvement in lab operations.
